Shippings are done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Pickup in my studio in Wondelgem is free, please select this option at checkout.
Studio pickup is always by appointment,
this can be during daytime as well as in the evenings or WeekEnds.
Standard shipment in Belgium is 6€
Standard shipment in Europe and UK is 16€
Standard Shipment to the US is 45€

Once your order ships from the studio, you should receive an email with tracking information.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact email@example.com
All orders are shipped with Bpost, DPD or PostNL.
LERRY ceramics is located in Belgium,
so you may have to pay duties or taxes depending on where you live.
I'm not liable for these charges, and they cannot be reimbursed by LERRY ceramics.
In case your package is marked as "delivered" whilst you didn't receive it,
there are a few steps that you can take to try and determine where your package is:
Contact your local postal service,
and ask to speak to someone directly.
They may have more information on where it was left.
Perhaps one of your neighbours accidentally collected your package?
Check if your mail area is secure?
Perhaps packages were left unattended whilst waiting for you to collect it?
If you have done the above steps without success,
please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can file a claim on my end.
Please note that LERRY ceramics is not liable or responsible for packages
that have been stolen or left unattended.
Only after I receive a refund from the shipping company can I ship you out a replacement.
〰️➿ Return Policy ➿〰️
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order,
I will gladly issue a refund with 14-days of receiving your package.
Customers are responsible for insuring returns that are shipped back
— including the shipping costs of the return.
Once the item is received, I will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase,
minus the original shipping costs.
I can not issue a refund or store credit until an item is physically back in the studio (with the price tag still on the bottom) and I have inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged.
I am not responsible for lost/broken return packages.
Every shipment is packed with extreme care,
but breakages can still occur during transportation, although it is rare.
If you receive a broken/cracked item, email email@example.com immediately
so that I can produce a replacement for you and start a claim.
